Extending a Hand to Our Lady of Fatima School

Our 2015 journey through the Eastern Region brought Pink for Africa to the gates of Our Lady of Fatima School in Odumase-Krobo. While much of our outreach focuses on secondary education, we recognize that fostering a healthy community starts with supporting children at every stage of their academic journey—from KG through JHS.

Through a dedicated cash donation, we aimed to support the school’s mission of providing a safe, healthy environment for its day and boarding students.

Supporting the Foundation of the Community

Our Lady of Fatima is more than just a school; it is a home for many boarding students who rely on the institution for their daily well-being. By partnering with the school in 2015, we focused on:

  • Enhancing Student Care: Providing financial support to help the school maintain health resources for both day students and those living on campus.
  • Early Wellness Education: Introducing the concepts of health awareness and care to students at a younger age to build a lifelong foundation of wellness.
  • Community Integration: Strengthening our ties within Odumase-Krobo by supporting local institutions that shape the next generation.

“At Our Lady of Fatima, we saw the dedication it takes to care for students around the clock. Our 2015 donation was a way to say ‘we stand with you’ in ensuring these children grow up healthy and strong.” — Pink for Africa Team

A Year of Wide-Reaching Impact

From the primary classrooms of Our Lady of Fatima to the senior high schools across the region, 2015 was a year where Pink for Africa proved that every donation, regardless of the school’s size or level, makes a vital difference.

Our sincere thanks to the administration of Our Lady of Fatima for their incredible work in the Odumase-Krobo community!
